Lucid Dream

A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid. Lucid dreaming has been studied and reported for many years. Prominent figures from ancient to modern times have been fascinated by lucid dreams and have sought ways to better understand their causes and purpose. Many different theories have emerged as a result of scientific research on the subject and have even been shown in pop culture. Further developments in psychological research have pointed to ways in which this form of dreaming may be utilized as a form of sleep therapy.

     Many people who are interested in spirituality thinks that lucid dream or astral projection in a way to enter in other dimension or God Realm, but that's not true its just a part brain activity, for some people it happens accidentally without any pre-plan and for some people it take lot of time, using techniques and practices and for some it never happen even they tried their best. So don't take it too seriously its just a beautiful experience of dream nothing more than that.

    Truth can be of 2 type, first one- that can make you strong, which can make you realize the reality. And the second- that can make you weak. Sometimes it happens that truth is totally different from your imagination, but if that truth is real than you have to accept it.

     Student - Teacher relationship is the golden relationship, but today this relationship is missing.            'Ego' is one of the natural human mentality arise due to unhealthy pride, you should be proud of your struggle, power, position etc. but this pride should be in positive way this is what we call 'Higher Self.' When pride goes in negative direction it leads to 'ego' the way you reach to the top ego will again pull you back to bottom. Live in peace live in harmony.
